What’s the process to get a vending machine?
The first (and most important step) is to just contact us via email or phone call. Let us know a little bit about the site and what you want from a vending machine and we’ll take it from there. We will then restock, maintain, and repair your machine on a regular basis all free-of-charge.
How much does it cost to get a vending machine?
It’s free! We will install, restock, and maintain your vending machine at no cost to you.
Energy is the only ongoing cost associated with running a vending machine, however we only use energy-efficient machines that run at a similar cost to an ordinary fridge.
What kind of vending machine do you use?
We primarily use the MVC5000, which is the vending machine model we have found to be the most reliable, energy-efficient, and offers the largest range of selections. With room for 50 different selections, the MVC5000 is able to carry both snacks and drinks. The dimensions of the MVC5000 are 1056mm (W) x 830mm (D) x 1830mm (H).
What payment options are available?
All of our machines are able to take both cash and card payments. This includes cashless payments and the ability to give change.
How long does it take to get a vending machine?
Once we have agreed on where the vending machine will go, we can deliver it within as little as five working days.
Can I choose what products go in my machine?
Absolutely! We have one of the largest product catalogues of any vending operator in Australia. Your input is important when deciding what products go into the machine, and we are always listening if there are products you want to add or remove later on.
What kinds of products do you offer?
We have an extensive product range to choose from. As well as an array of classic snacks and drinks, we also specialise in healthy options with our Vendy – Healthy Vending machines.
We also stock fitness products, PPE equipment, electronics, and amenities. In our Agora Markets micro markets we stock fresh meals.
How often is the vending machine restocked?
We use remote monitoring software that tracks stock levels inside the vending machine and notifies us when it is running low. This way we can send restock the machine whenever it needs it; be that every day or every week. This means your machine will never run too low or be on a locked restock schedule.
What areas do you service?
We have the ability to service anywhere in Australia! Our main warehouse is located in Tullamarine, VIC with an outpost located in Sydney as well. We service machines all across metro Melbourne and Sydney, as well as regional Victoria. If you need a machine interstate, let us know and we will help you get the right solution for your needs.
What happens if the machine malfunctions?
If you experience a fault while using one of our machines, simply contact us (our contact information is on every one of our vending machines) and we will send out a technician to service the machine within 24 hours. Should a product mis-vend while you are using the machine, our friendly customer service team will reimburse you.
Do you offer custom vending machines?
Yes! We have helped create and service several custom vending machines. Custom machines can be modified to vend specific products, and can be wrapped in a design that suits your event or organisation. Contact us and let us know what you have in mind.
Do you rent vending machines that I can stock myself?
Yes, we do rent machines, both our traditional vending machines and custom-made machines. You will be trained how to operate the machine and we will remain on call to assist in the case of a fault. Please contact us to see what machines we have available.
Do you sell vending machines?
We work with major vending machines suppliers and can direct you to our partners who can supply you with vending machines if you wish to purchase one.
