Purchasing

We prioritize purchasing environmentally and socially responsible products for both internal use and in the items sold through our vending machines and micro markets. When choosing between similar products, we opt for the sustainable alternative whenever possible.

Transport

To minimize our environmental footprint, we encourage locally-based employees from nearby suburbs to reduce their daily commute impact. We train our drivers to adopt fuel-efficient driving techniques, which can lead to substantial reductions in fuel consumption and emissions. We continuously seek to optimize routes and network planning to minimize distance traveled per machine or micro market stocked.

Waste

Our focus is on waste prevention and continuous improvement of waste management processes. We manage various waste streams, including organic waste, cardboard, plastic, and paper.
Energy

To reduce our energy demand and carbon emissions, we prioritize energy-efficient solutions, such as using electric forklifts and exploring options for a more energy-efficient warehouse and head office.

Water

We take practical measures to reduce water consumption, including the use of water-efficient fixtures, encouraging reusable water bottles, and adhering to water-saving rules.

Events

During company events, we take proactive steps to limit consumption and waste by using fair-trade tea and coffee, avoiding disposable crockery and cutlery, serving tap water instead of bottled water, and recycling all recyclable packaging.
