M1-rated refrigeration
All refrigeration and freezer equipment we use is rated M1 — temperature ranges stay within the acceptable band for perishable food products (−1 °C to +5 °C).
Micro markets operate within secure, access-controlled locations. Theft rates are typically below 1%.
Kiosk cameras log each transaction.
CCTV at appropriate locations.
Real-time stock monitoring through Sentry, which flags unexplained shrinkage for review.
