These terms govern your use of ausvend.co and any content, forms or material on it. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
In these terms, AVC, we, us and our mean Australian Vending Company, ABN 72 619 995 694. You means the person or organisation using the site.

This website provides general information about our products and services. It is not a contract for the supply of anything.
If you engage us to install or service vending machines, micro markets or smart fridges, that arrangement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and AVC. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement prevails.
We take care to keep the site accurate and current. Even so, the information here is general only. Product ranges, selections, availability, pricing, lead times and service coverage change.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or advice you should rely on for a business decision. Please contact us for information specific to your site.
Case studies, client names and figures describe results at particular sites at a particular time. They are not a promise of the same result at yours.
